Organic ,from a biodynamic agriculture (Demeter certification). The specific maceration technique (olives and zests of tangerines are mixed and pressed together) optimizes the natural flavors and aromas.
Food pairings : 1-Perfect match with raw fish, to make a carpaccio, tartare or ceviche. 2- For dessert on an ice cream or a fruit salad.
